Successful Launch of the 3rd Generation Disc Filter (24 Discs) into Market

In these days, the largest domestic disc filter (24 discs) developed by our company alone was installed and underwent commissioning in Sichuan Daying sewage plant, and it is estimated that the whole installation engineering will be finished at the beginning of the next month. The filter that is to be put into service has a daily sewage treatment capacity of 30,000 tons, and so it will greatly raise the operating load rate of the plant, and realize upgrading of the plant to the first level A.

It is learned that as no urban domestic sewage disposal plant was built in Daying County, all domestic sewage and industrial wastewater of the county were directly discharged into Qijiang River, and around 500 tons of COD polluted the mother river of the county residents on which they live each year, which caused great harm to the citizens’ physical health and also serious pollution to the urban environment. To solve the problem that always remained, the county assigned many people to other regions for study and survey, and decided to invest heavily in building an urban domestic sewage disposal plant. Now the plant has introduced our latest product – 24-disc filter, with which the treated effluent quality will be upgraded from the first level B to the first level A, and the suspended solid content will be reduced from 20mg/ L to below 3mg/ L and the total phosphorus content from 1mg/L to below 0.1mg/L, and all indicators will meet the national drainage standards.

The rotary disc filter that saw its smooth use in the Daying Sewage Plant is a brand-new filter, whose stainless steel membrane (SS316L membrane) is imported from Sweden. It is superior to all ordinary rotary disc filters in market, and is now the most advanced filtering device with the most discs in China. The filter is provided with the full automatic electric control system and modular effluent tube system. The systems are characterized by more rational structure, more convenient replacement and longer life, and they enable easier serialization and modularization of products. So they greatly reduce the device’s running costs and service fees, and also embody our operational principle of creating value for customers.
