I. Product Overview

Board diffuser is structured in the unique manner that makes the aeration system maintain constant oxygenation transfer efficiency within the wide range of working air. The diffuser's support board is made of aluminum alloy, and a layer of membrane is horizontally laid on the board. The membrane, once formed, will not suffer debonding as a result of the secondary pasting. The diffuser can be applied to either intermittent or continuous operation system. The use of computerized NC opening technology will enable the automatic closing of micropore when the diffuser stops operating, thus effectively preventing slurry from back flow. Besides, pollution treating device is designed to be fixed within the diffuser. Therefore, U & D series metal plate-type diffuser is the preferred choice for large-scaled and medium-scaled sewage treatment plants, thanks to its superior performance of microporous diffusion.
