Aluminium plate diffuser is structured in the unique manner that makes the aeration system maintain constant oxygen transfer ratio within the wide range of working air.The diffuser's support board is made of aluminum alloy, and a layer of membrane is horizontally laid on the board.The membrane, once formed, will not suffer debonding as a result of the secondary pasting. The diffuser can be applied to either intermittent or continuous operation system.The use of computerized NC opening technology will enable the automatic closing of micropore when the diffuser stops operating, thus effectively preventing slurry from reverse flow. Besides, pollution treating device is designed to be fixed within the diffuser. Therefore, U&D series Aluminium plate diffuser is the preferred choice for large-scaled and medium-scaled sewage treatment plants.
