I. Product Overview
The spherical suspended bio-affinity filler is made by injection molding polypropylene materials. It is divided into
two spheres, with the internal sphere a hollow net-like ball and the external one a rotary ball. This type of fillers can
primarily serve as the carrier of bio-membrane and intercept suspended substances. It features strong bio adhesion,
large specific surface area, high porosity, good chemical and biological stability, durability, no dissolution of harmful
substances, no secondary pollution, ultraviolet prevention, resistance against aging, and strong water affinity.
Therefore, in its operation, it is efficient in mud treatment, long in service life, friendly to installation, strong in
resistance against acid, alkali and aging, and easy to generate microorganisms and to be replaced.
II. Product features
The spherical suspended filler is a product independently developed and manufactured by our Company. It features
fullness, hardness, non-brittlement, and non-breakage. With the membrane on the crust surface and threaded burr within the inner core, it can enlarge specific
surface area, effectively cut bubbles, improve oxygen utilization, and hang more membrane in a faster manner. Due
to its good effect of treatment, it is a type of new and ideal suspended filler for treating sewage.
ZM-150z spherical suspended filler provides an inner core structure where a plastic disc buckle is changed into a
double-loop plastic ring. The acetalized fiber or polyester yarn is pressed onto the loop to evenly distribute the fiber
bundle. The interior loop is a snow-shaped plastic branch that can not only hang membrane but also effectively cut
air bubbles, so that oxygenation capacity and utilization are improved. The result is that bio-membrane is fully exchanged and the organic substances in the water are highly treated.
ZM-150t spherical suspended filler adopts elastic filaments that are so evenly arranged to radiate within the spherical
framework that air, water, and bio-membrane can be fully mixed, contacted and exchanged. The bio-membrane evenly grows on each filament to keep good activation and pore variation. Moreover, in the operating
process, the spherical bodies will freely collide, under the influence of air, with each other to produce satisfactory
metabolism and yield no lumps. The filler is a type of new and ideal filler for treating sewage with the biochemical
method, because it is in general characteristic of strong cutting capacity, high spatial utilization, avoidance of stagnant
area, and good result of treatment.
With a mass of plastic filaments or strips inserted inside, ZM-100s—ZM-80s spherical suspended filler can produce good result of treatment through enlarging specific surface area and
hanging more membrane in a faster manner.ZM-80x suspended filler, made by bundling fibers, is characteristic of strong resistance against acid and alkali, satisfactory
elasticity, compressibility, high porosity, and strong capacity of hanging membrane and intercepting sewage. For its high
rate of removing organic substances, this type of filler is ideal for treating sewage with the biochemical process.
