I. Product Overview

Filter cap is made of ABS engineering plastics. The caps are of strong bearing strength to remain intact even if

trampled or touched. With the reinforced screw and the added rubber gasket to secure solid connection, filter cap

structure will never break off. The enhanced seam is set at the base of filter cap to ensure no stagnant water and

no accumulated dirt between filter plates. The filter caps are widely applied to water filter, filtration tank, and

combined type and return type ion exchange column devices for softened water.

II. Application

The long-handled filter cap is applied to air-water backwash water distribution system at the filter, and short-handled one to water distribution and filters like single backwash type, gravity type, and pressure type filters and

ion exchange filtering bed. The filter cap is applicable to not only treating domestic drinking water, but also serving

various places where industrial water is used, including beverage factories, printing and dyeing mills, and swimming

pools. Moreover, it can be used to the facilities for treating industrial wastewater and disposing domestic sewage.
