I. Product Overview
ZBX type peripheral drive suction scraper is widely used to scrape and discharge sludge in the sedimentation tank
of water supply and drainage system and municipal engineering. It can be divided by structure into single and double
peripheral drive suction scrapers.
II. Structure
The product mainly includes distribution flow tube, current collecting device, center support, service bridge
(main beam), sludge suction device, deslagging device, driving device, siphon system, sludge pit, traveling device,
electric cabinet, etc. The sludge suction device, which can be divided into water level difference type and siphon
type, may be customized.
III. Product Features
1. With optimized design, the driving device is more efficient and nice-looking, and it can be equipped with
imported reducer or shaft-mounted gear reducer according to the needs of customers to make it more attractive
and durable.
2. The product has a large capacity and good sludge scrapping and gathering effect.
