I. Product Overview
This Horizontal Travel Sludge Scraper is applied to reverse horizontal flow sedimentation tank and mechanical
discharge of sludge, sand and scum in sand basin. It is usually used for primary sedimentation tank. During
reverse flow sludge scraping, the slag is discharged along with the flow. When sludge scraping mechanism
stops scraping and returns, the sludge scraping rake will raise; when it returns to the original position, the sludge
scraping rake will drop.
II. Structure and Working Principle
This equipment is composed of railing, sludge scraping truss, scraping rake and guide rail, sludge scraping bridge,
travel wheel, track, lifting mechanism, drive mechanism, etc. When the sludge scraping mechanism stops scraping
and returns, the sludge scraping rake will raise; when it returns to the original position, the rake will drop. This
process goes round and round. The sludge scraping rake is lifted by hoisting mechanism and the scum scraping
rake by electric push rod.
