I. Product Overview
ZBG type peripheral drive sludge scraper is widely used to scrape and discharge sludge in the sedimentation tank
of water supply and drainage system and municipal engineering. It can be divided by structure into single and
double peripheral drive sludge scrapers.
II. Structure
ZBG type peripheral drive sludge scraper mainly includes distribution flow tube, current collecting device, center
support, service bridge (main beam), scraping system, deslagging device, driving device, traveling gear, electric
cabinet, etc.
The center support is composed of fixed seat, slewing bearing and frame, capable of withstanding axial force, radial
force and overturning moment simultaneously. The current collecting device is made up of slip ring and electric bush.
Scum scraping plate, scum rake and scum funnel compose deslagging device, which can effectively remove scum
on the surface of water. The service bridge is a large-scale component for connecting the center support and traveling end beam, on which sidewalk and railing are set.
The lower part of steel beam leads to scraping system, deslagging device, etc, and is driven by the traveling device
to finish scraping and deslagging work.
Raw water flows out of the upper part of center pillar at the bottom of the tank, passes through the distribution flow
tube, and radiates to peripheral water flume. When the flow rate reduces, the suspended substance is separated
and deposits to the bottom of the tank. With the center support as the center of circle, the service bridge drives
scraping and deslagging devices to gather sludge in the central sludge pit, and then sludge is pumped out of the
tank by water pressure. Meanwhile, upper scum is scraped to the deslagging bucket and discharged.
III. Product Features

reducer or shaft-mounted gear reducer according to the needs of customers to make it more attractive and durable.
