I. Product Overview
CG vertical type center drive sludge scraper can be applied to heavy and large radial-flow sedimentation tank with central inlet, peripheral outlet and central sludge discharge. It is mainly used for sludge
discharge tank of secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plant.
II. Structure and Principle
CG vertical type center drive sludge scraper is mainly composed of such components as service bridge, central
driving device, central rotary vertical rack, scraping arm, intermediate draw rod, lacing wire, draft tube and skimming
device.
For this vertical type center drive device, after the sewage from the inlet pipe diffuses out of the draft tube, it flows
uniformly outwards to the surrounding area. The suspended sludge deposits to the bottom of tank after
sedimentation. Driven by the driving device, the central vertical rack rotate, the scraping arm and the scraping board
rotate, and the sludge is scraped from the periphery to the central sludge pit of the tank, and then is discharged
through the sludge pipe under the hydrostatic pressure within the tank. Meanwhile, the scum is skimmed from the
surface of water to the tank side by skimming plate, and then scraped by the scraping rake to the slag bucket and
discharged. The supernatant overflows through the weir plate into the effluent flume, and is then discharged out the
tank.
Electrical control: the on/off time of the equipment can be set as needed, and PLC interface is optional.
