I. Product Overview
ZXG type center drive sludge scraper products are suspended center drive scrapers. The total load of the scraper is
placed on the bridge center. The center drive mechanism makes the scraping and gathering device rotate, and
sludge at the bottom of the tank is scraped and gathered by directional scraping plate to the central sludge pit, and
then discharged by hydrostatic pressure. This product is applied to radial flow sedimentation tank with small tank
diameter.

IV. Control System
The control system is optional or to be equipped by the user. It can be used locally when plugged in.
On/off buttons and on/off accident signal lamps are designed for on-site electric cabinet. In order to reduce energy
consumption, all signal lamps are energy-saving type, and motor protector is provided. PLC remote control interface
can be set for the control cabinet. This electric cabinet is provided with anti-corrosion carbon steel or stainless steel
housing for outdoor use.
