I. Product Overview

Screw pump is a new-type pump that works according to the rotary engagement positive-displacement principle, and its main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator). Because

of their special geometry, the two parts have separate sealed cavity, respectively. The media evenly flows axially.

Internal flow rate is slow, the volume remains constant, and the pressure is stable, thus no vortex or stir will occur.

For each stage of pump, the output pressure is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (clean water), the Self-priming height is generally 6m, and the appropriate media transmission temperature is below 80℃

(in special cases, up to 150℃). This kind of pump has an incomparable advantage in the transmission of high-viscosity fluid as well as media including hard suspended particles or fibers. Its flow is in proportion to its speed.

It can be driven by coupling directly, or by speed variable motor, triangular belt, gear case, etc. This screw pump is

characterized by less parts, compact structure, small size, and convenient maintenance. The rotor and stator are

wearing parts which have simple structure and are easy to assemble and disassemble.
