I. Product Overview

U&D retrievable system is made of EPDM rubber or silicone rubber and ingredient materials through the whole set

of rubber mixing equipment. The inlet manifold uses polymer materials after special processing, comprising flexible

tubes with strong expansion and high temperature resistance, imported clamp and counterweight. The diffusers can

select among three types, tube, disc and board.

※ Convenient for installation without any configurations in the basin; in case it needs repair after long-term aeration, lift for repair without water drainage or stopping blower, and not affecting normal running.

※ Diffusers installed at the bottom of tank can be modified as lifting fine bubble aeration system when the original

air inlet pipes keep unchanged.

※ The testing data of this diffuser show that its performances reach the state-of-art level overseas.

III. Application

U&D retrievable system is used for aeration of urban domestic wastewater treatment and newly built and modified

water treatment projects of various industrial wastewaters.
