I. Product Overview

U&D floating lateral configuration system is made of EPDM rubber or silicone rubber through the whole set of rubber

mixing equipment. The aeration rubber tubes are made by the whole set of imported precision membrane tube

production equipment. Inlet manifold and aeration support tube adopt special processing. Air inlet soft tubes are

specially made and comprise flexible PVC tubes with strong expansion resistance and tension force, as well as

air distributor, air tee tube, air union elbow, inlet clamp and counterweight.

※ Convenient for installation without any configurations in the basin; in case it needs repair after long-term aeration, lift for repair without water drainage or stopping blower, and not affecting normal running.

※ Diffusers installed at the bottom of basin can be modified as lifting microporous aeration system when the original

air inlet tubes keep unchanged.

※ The testing data of this diffuser show that its performances reach the state-of-art level overseas.

III. Application

U&D lifting catenary suspension diffusers are used for aeration of urban domestic wastewater treatment and newly

built and modified water treatment projects of various industrial wastewaters.
