I. Product Overview
U&D stainless steel coarse bubble diffuser is a disc diffuser made up of porous flat plate, arc support plate and
connecting threads. Stainless steel diffuser is specially designed for mixing a little oxygen and high strength air
needed during wastewater treatment. The diffuser generally adopts 316L stainless steel , with far better corrosion
and wear resistance than other materials. It is in particular suitable for application in wastewater containing many
solids and muds. The product is widely used in the aeration sand basin in the municipal sewage treatment system,
industrial wastewater and corrosive liquid medium needing air mixing.

III. Product Features
※ 316L stainless steel has large hardness, wear well, strong corrosion resistance and long service life
※ Pores of diffuser are uniformly distributed with large aeration rate (15-30m3/hour at peak), wide range of
aeration (normally running at 3-20 m3/hour)
※ System pressure loss is small, and the pressure loss at normal working state is smaller than 50mm water
pressure column
※ A proper pore size, large bubble diameter and strong mixing effect
※ Easy for installation, connecting thread joint is GB universal joint

※ Ph value smaller than 1

※ Height of solids deposit higher than the installation height diffuser (submerging the diffuser) frequently after
stopping running or intermittent running after stopping
※ Medium containing a large amount of possible blocking or large particulates that possibly bond together
※ Airflow rate much lower than the normal airflow rate
